Please read our returns policy below.
We are sure that you will be very happy with the item you have purchased, but if this is not the case, you can be rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that your returns are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
If you’re not happy, we aren’t either. That’s why we will offer you 14 days to return any unwanted items back to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s). All you have to do is make sure that the items you wish to return are unused, unwashed and undamaged.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW’.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
Order Cancellation :
You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the below instructions for returning orders. You must inform us in writing via e-mail – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You must organize the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without a returns authorisation email, will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Faulty / Damaged Goods :
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt on our email address given below. Depending on the item and the damage, we may arrange collection of the faulty or damaged goods or we may require you to send us a photo.
Upon delivery you must inspect the package/packaging. Where the package/packaging is/or appears to be damaged in any way then the you must bring this to the attention of the courier. Where items are signed for on delivery the you must mark “package damaged” when signing for the item

Incorrect Goods :
If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact us with in 7 days of receipt.
Refund:
In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
If you return items that you have changed your mind about within 14 days (if the return has been authorised), you will receive a credit on your account for the full amount of the items you have sent back.

Your right of cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the goods (see below), providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must immediately send an email to returns@bobsgardenandwoodstuff.co.uk stating your order number and that you wish to cancel your order. We will arrange for the goods to be collected from you within 7 working days of informing us of your cancellation and returning them at your cost. You will be liable for all costs relating to returning the goods to Bobs Garden ‘n’ Wood Stuff.
