York 20mm Artificial Grass is our best seller in the Classic range. This is the perfect starter grass with a nice short pile which provides a more natural look and feel. Utilising straight polyethylene and curled polypropylene micro-nerve yarns, the York 20mm is soft to the touch whilst maintaining resilience.

Manufactured by Belgium’s largest artificial grass producer, the York 20mm is made to the highest of standards so will add life to any garden and look great for many years ahead.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. We will ship on a next day delivery service but please allow 1-2 working days (Monday to Fridays, excluding bank holidays). If your new grass out of stock then delivery can sometimes take longer, however, your personal advisor will contact you to let you know asap and discuss when it is due back in stock. We have 2-3 deliveries a week so waiting will not be long if it is out of stock.

What happens on the day of delivery?

The day before your delivery is due, if requested your driver can contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to received. The delivery is Kerbside only and the customer is responsible for moving the grass into a safe location. Please be aware that it can be very heavy. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your delivery please contact us and we will do all we can to ensure that your problem can be resolved.

What is your Cancellation and Returns Policy?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order before delivery please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund payment to your credit card. If the goods have already been dispatched we may be able to cancel the delivery, however, you will still have incurred the delivery charge. The balance of the account minus the delivery charge will be refunded. If you have received the goods and wish to return them then this can be arranged provided that you pay the return shipping costs. The balance of your account minus the shipping costs will be refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition. If you have purchased using credit the delivery / shipping charges will need to be paid separately if your agreement is to be cancelled. The goods must not have been cut into and should be wrapped. If you wish to return a product, please inform us by e-mail or call on 01782 692077 within 28 days of delivery. We regret that we cannot accept returns once the artificial grass has been cut into or used in any other way.
